diplomacy☼

i've designed and am testing a five-player diplomacy variant called oklaplomacy: land rush. the year is 2089 -- stake your claim in neutral counties, steal others' land, backstab your allies, and run to OKC as fast as you can. has a lot of variant rules lifted from imperial diplomacy: coring, "high sea" zones, and capital ownership as a part of the win condition. there's also variant surrender rules and special weather events that shake up the map state.
